Experience across Training Modalities

Virtual and Instructor-led Courseware and Materials

World-class training delivery requires agile content and focused learning tools for the learners and the facilitators delivering the class.

Instructor-led courseware supports and provides added value to the instructor's delivery, generally including presentations, videos, and guides. Additional materials are often needed to help understand and retain the instructed core competencies.

Self-paced and Structured eLearning

Properly designed eLearning offers consistent, sustainable training delivery.
This modality requires additional analysis and often includes videos, gamification, Q&A, and progress gates.

The design document should always be accompanied by a storyboard prior to the development stage of the project

Video and Voice Production

Properly designed eLearning offers consistent, sustainable training delivery.
This modality requires additional analysis and often includes videos, gamification, Q&A, and progress gates.

The design document should always be accompanied by a storyboard prior to the development stage of the project.
Video shorts have become an essential training modality called 'Quick Training.'

A recorded TOI, sales meeting, or team-building exercise can be captured and saved for future use.

More in-depth and polished videos require more advanced measure like scripting, backgrounds, instructor’s interactive backgrounds or light boards.

Courseware Examples

PowerPoint presentations are viewable by download only.

Design Documents are created after the analysis phase of a course. Design documents outline the course build as an outline used by the Instructional designer to gain sign off from stakeholders, SME, Learning Program Architects, and course developers.

You may notice a difference in style and form than seen in more modern courseware.

Ivan Bishop PH.D.

Tony designed and implemented a rigorous training course for the Dell AIM product and ancillary associated tools use to cross train not only Dell Software Field service engineers, but others across the corporate spectrum.

The material was carefully designed to be read-then-lab, to ensure what was taught was immediately applicable to product deployments.

In addition to creating excellent materials,Tony worked *hands on* in his extensive storage/switching/server and software environment to setup challenging and engaging testbeds to compliment the materials taught.

I'd rely on Tony in pretty much any environment to understand and impart deep technical knowledge to assist those encountering a product and having to learn how to deploy it live, rather than just past a written test at the end of a few days lecturing.

Thomas Funk

I've worked with Tony for the last few years. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the different aspects of training, including design, development, and delivery of web-based and classroom courses. He puts together product courses in a very intuitive and easy-to-learn fashion. His attitude and demeanor is always positive and high-energy. I've really enjoyed working with Tony, and have learned a lot from him as well along the way.
